I frequently get asked "Why New Roads Psychology? What does it mean?" Well, so much of what we do in therapy is spend time observing and learning our patterns of thinking and behavior and discovering whether they are healthy and functional, or whether these engrained patterns are, in fact, keeping us stuck and preventing us from living a truly fulfilling life.
Through the process of therapy, we can learn to examine, evaluate, and challenge these patterns. In doing so, we develop new, functional ways of thinking and healthier patterns of behavior, creating new neural pathways. Essentially, we're exploring and travelling new roads - roads that serve us better and roads that leave us feeling happier, more fulfilled, more satisfied.
Are you ready to explore new roads?
